Hi Frank,

I have generated tractography using DSI Studio and am trying to align these tracts with the original DWI image in MRtrix. In some test datasets, I found that simply flipping the Y-axis in voxel space and setting the tract file's space to VOXMM allows the tracts to align correctly in MRtrix. I would like to know if there is a way to determine when such a Y-axis (or other axis) flip is necessary.

Best,
Yu Xie

More recent version of DSI Studio handles the alignment problem in MRtrix.
You may update DSI Studio and save new tracts to see if the alignment issue is fixed.

Best regards,
Frank
