Hello,

I am trying to load rois from a text file containing coordinates in MNI space (each triad of xyz coordinates represent positive stimulation sites from direct cortical mapping).  I can’t seem to convert these ROIs into the templated brain space I'm working with in DSI studio (just using default fib file). The online documentation says to use "[Region] [Load MNI Region] to apply a nonlinear registration that will warp the ROI to the subject space". However, I don’t see the option to [Load MNI Region] within the toolbar options. Below is screen shot showing the mismatch between MNI coordinate loaded from text file and templated brain space.  What am I missing? Is [Load MNI Region] a command that is only accessible via command line?

Thanks,

Travis

Sorry it is listed under [Regions Misc] in the updated versions, and currently only supports NIFTI format.
I am listing this feature on the to-do list and will let you know once available.

OK, I can convert to nifti, but I still don't see option for [Load MNI Region] even in [Regions Misc]. I just downloaded DSI studio from the website a couple of weeks ago, so it should be up to date. See picture below:image (1).png

HCP1065 is already in the ICBM152 space, and thus [Region][Open Regions] will have the same results.
I will update DSI Studio so that the [Load MNI images] will remain active enough though it provides duplicated function (will be available in the next release).
Sorry for the confusion.
