Tractography and FA image spaces

Good evening,

I'm working with DSI studio, tracking fibers and obtaining FA maps. When I visualize the results on Anatomist, the fibers and FA imap don't look aligned at all, are they in the same space and it's a visualization problem? or is it necessary to apply an external transform?
