Dear DSI Studio team,

I am starting using DSI Studio to analyse my ex vivo DTI MRI data on mouse brains. I indeed would like to study the potential structural changes between 2 groups.
As a beginner with MRI data, I am struggling to choose the appropriate parameters for my study while reconstructing the images. Between others, I am not really able to decide which diffusion sampling length ratio I should use. Also, I was wondering if I should "check b-table" for such ex vivo scans.

Perhaps you can already give me some tips.

I thank you very much in advance for your help,
Kind regards,
Benjamin

Hope the videos at practicum.labsolver.org help answer the questions.
You may also upload a sample src.gz file, and I can help check to find the best reconstruction approach.

Best,
Frank

Dear Frank,

Thank you very much for your reply. The videos indeed gave me some directions, but I would be glad if I still could have your opinion.
Please find two src.gz sample files here: SWITCHfilesender

I thank you very much for your support and your time,
Kind regards,
Benjamin
