Issue importing DCM to SRC

Hi, Dr. Yeh

I am importing DTI data that was formatted in .dcm files. While the correct number of directions and b0 images were identified, proceeding to reconstruction step shows a very odd set of images as seen in the attached screenshot. I have tried playing with the flip/swap of image and b-table axes, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Sorry about the issue. You may try dcm2nii (not in the DSI Studio package) and convert dicom to NIFTI and see if it works on DSI Studio.
