Separate P-A b0 file added to post topup/eddy nifti file

I have 35 A-P volumes in my DWI scan (including 1 b0 file at the beginning and 4 at the end). After topup & eddy, I noticed that the separate single P-A b0 file gets added to the processed DWI file, so my file then has 36 volumes. Is this what should occur or should I remove the P-A b0 file at the end? I am analyzing FA & MD in multiple tracts, but I also want to use the post topup/eddy nifti file to run brain extraction in FSL and then a NODDI pipeline in matlab.

It should be fine.

You may manually check if Eddy topup is working correctly in DSI Studio. (The tutorial videos on the YouTube channel has it.)
