Hi Frank

Sorry to trouble you, but I need a little help understanding the fdr_dist.values text output in corr. tractography compared to the tracts file I'm visualizing.

I run corr. tractography with FDR=0.05, T=1.3, Length=10 voxels.

When I look at the fdr_dist.values text output, I see:
voxel_dis fdr_inc
10 0.111
11 0.096
12 0.081
13 0.068
14 0.055
15 0.046
...

So this says that only tracts with voxel_dis>14 have FDR<0.05, is that correct?

What lengths tracts are in the tract file I visualize? Is it just tracts with voxel_dis>14 (FDR<0.05) or is it showing the shorter tracts as well (FDR>0.05)?

thanks
Mark

Plz disregard. I think I got it.    The tracts file only shows tracts with lengths greater than length threshold I specified, but the stats file also shows shorter tracts that have higher FDR values.

Glad that this issue is resolved (sorry for delayed reply).
