Dear Dr. Yeh,

I am running TOPUP + EDDY correction via the command line in DSI Studio, and I have noticed that the process runs very slowly, even when executed on a high-performance computing environment (the runtime is more than two hours). I wanted to ask whether this behaviour is expected.

For reference, the command I am using is shown below:

dsi_studio --action=rec --source=dwi/sub-107_dwi_src.sz \ --cmd="[Step T2][Corrections][TOPUP EDDY]=fmap/sub-107_dir-PA_epi.nii.gz" \ --method=4 --param0=1.25 --output=dwi/gqi_model

Thank you very much for your time and guidance.

Best wishes,
Darren
