messy whole brain tracking

Dear Frank,

I used the whole brain tractography without picking any regions and the results look very messy (attached screenshot). I can't differentiate any visible tracts. Can you let me know which parameter or step could I have done wrong?

I wanted to add that when I track individual tracts and it looked fine such as the sample attached here.
