Dear Mr. Yeh.

I am using DSI Studio from the CLI to more easily run a number of analyses with different parameters. Since I am not always able to find the full commands for DSI Studio's functions in the documentation, I was wondering if it would be possible to implement printing the commands in the console view. For example, at the moment, when I run a correlational tractography, I see a timeline of what is being computed, but not the respective dsi_studio --action=cnt command. It would be great to somehow be able to display the commands, so users who want to use DSI Studio via CLI immediately know which parameters need to be specified.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Paul Rossacher

Yes, this is a good point. I will see what I can do to make it more
interactive in this way.
