Extracting DTI Parameters from human.tt.gz

Dear Dr. Yeh,

I am currently exporting DTI parameters using standard atlases like HCP and FreeSurfer, and it works fine with the following command:

dsi_studio --action=ana --source=<file> --atlas=HCP842_tractography --output=S.HCP_Tractography.txt

However, I would like to extract these parameters specifically for the tracts listed in the human.tt.gz.txt file. I noticed that human.tt.gz does not appear as an atlas in the DSI Studio GUI, although it is available in the Atlas folder of DSI Studio.

Could you please advise on:

1. How to extract DTI statistics (via command line) for the fiber tracts contained in human.tt.gz.txt.

2. Which atlas or reference exactly human.tt.gz corresponds to.
