The atlas has to be NIFTI format, not CIFTI

Hello,

Firstly, thank you for developing such a useful tool and maintaining such thorough documentation.
I'm attempting to map region-to-region structural connectomes for subjects in the HCP-YA dataset. My project involves structure-function coupling, and I've already generated functional connectomes via Connectome Workbench and MMP.

However, my FC parcellation has 380 ROIs, while the version of MMP in DSI studio contains 360.

I moved the related Atlas file and ROI labels to the .../atlas/human/ directory, but when I try to use it for fiber tracking, I get the error "invalid NIFTI format: size of header is not 540 or 348". Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your prompt response! I tried again with a NIFTI file, but the parcellation regions don't seem to be accurate (see attached).

Hi Braeden,

If the built-in atlas is working correctly, it indicates that the NIFTI format of your custom atlas is still incorrect.

Best,
Frank
