Mac to Windows

Hello Dr. Yeh! 

I recently switched from using my old macbook pro to now a new build Windows PC for more processing power. I downloaded the newest windows version from the website today. However, when loading my tractography... it now only shows the tracts related to the CNS. Unfortunately I am using this software for head and neck musculature and require tracking outside of the CNS which has not been a problem until today. I asked the program to create tracts within the tongue as a ROI and while seeds seem to generate... no tracts are generated. Can you please assist?

Sorry about the issue. Could you provide more detail about the
previous results and the current results? Some screenshot would help
me figure out the problem.
