differential tracking for automaic fiber tracking regions

Hello Frank, 

Would it be possible to generate differential tracking fibers for the tracts generated using Automatic fiber tracking (AFT) algorithm?

In simple words, after generating all fibers using AFT can i select full Corpus callosum (CC) and generate the tracts in CC revealed by differential tracking?

Currently there is no readily available function to do this, but there
is a workaround:

Use tract to ROI function to convert tracts to a region, and then set
the region type to 'limiting'
This would allow dT to get findings based on regions defined by
previously generated tracts.
