Hi Frank,

I have run the correlational analysis using connectometry and obtained results for several white matter tracts of interest. I know that it’s possible to extract the mean FA value from individual QSDR.fz files in the GUI via Tract > Save along Tract Index > Save dti_fa for each tract for each subject.

I want to get the FA of each tract for each subject to run a mediation analysis. However, since I have around 100 subjects, doing this one by one in the GUI would be very time-consuming. I was wondering if there is a way to automate this process using the CLI?

Best,
Allison
