Hi Frank,

Could you clarify the naming convention used for the ROIs in the Brainnetome atlas built-in to DSI Studio versus the one from the Brainnetome site? The names do not match, but do they represent the same ROIs? Please see the naming files for each version side-by-side attached.

I appreciate your help!

Thank you,

Juliana

Thank you for pointing out these differences. I checked and confirmed your version is the most updated version.
I am replacing the label file in the new DSI Studio version.
Much appreciated for raising this issue!

Hi Frank,

I still see the old atlas labels. I tried reinstalling DSI Studio, but that did not fix the issue. Do you have any recommendations on how to solve this?

Thanks!

Juliana

The atlas will be updated in the next coming release (in few days).
At the time being, you may manually replace the old labels in the atlas/human folder with the new one.
