Hamza, generally a BST implies unique keys.  In case there is a modified version of BST that allows duplicate keys, it would be clearly written in its specifications.

You could look at Drozdek's book. Its easy to follow or see Mark Alan Weiss. I placed  a soft copy of Weiss's on xeon. For heaps Horowitz Sahni and Mehta is also not bad. Which book do you have?
