An administrative matter

Hi all,

I set up this mailing list last week as a place to discuss volunteer
activity for the DSF.

However, in my enthusiasm to get DSF volunteer activity started, I
appear to have accidentally fragmented the community -- I forgot about
the pre-existing dsf-members mailing list.

The dsf-members list was set up after DjangoCon 2009 for exactly the
same reason that I set up dsf-volunteers -- as a place to discuss the
activities of the DSF. As a result, there are now 2 mailing lists
covering DSF volunteer activity.

In the interest of keeping discussions in one place, I'm going to shut
down this list in favor of it's older sibling. I'd like to invite all
subscribers to dsf-volunteers to join the dsf-members list instead.

For historical reasons, the dsf-members list (currently) requires
membership requests to be approved, but we're approving every
application we get.
