Greetings!!!
I hope you are all doing well in your respective profession. This mail is intended to seek some probable/convenient date in your calender in order for us to organize an
alumni meet for this year.
Please suggest some probable dates for instance 'Second Sunday of December Every Year' like to fix it
uniformly for every year in the days to come, which is also of convenient for us to arrange. I am happy to hear
from the office bearers of the previous meet at the earliest.
