We have 2 months QUALIFICATIONS  as part of pre employment training  for a new joiners . They need to qualify the minimum standard of business  with their training  period . If they perform really good in the training  period they it will lead their final placement. 

 

Your students will get the stipend of  Rs. 15000/- in the training  period. ( Purely based on the performance)

 

We will be pleased to offer employment  to your students based on the points listed…

 

1.       They should have completed & passed their MBA program when they are offered to join us.

2.       1.5 to 2.5 lacs per annum will be the maximum ctc +3 lacs Variable( performance based incentive) which will be offered. On employment they will be given a goal sheet which gives opportunity to grow 4 levels(means 1 lacs of salary hike in 1 year)

3.       Placement Location will be  subject to availability of positions or anywhere in South India .
