* Work Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR
Generalist and excel
* Education: Any graduate degree
* Skills
* Strong listening and analytical skills
* Strong English communication skills both written and oral
* Strong interpersonal traits including confidence, responsiveness,
flexibility, initiative, decision making, conflict resolution and tact
* Proficient in MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Pivot tables - Coding and
macros required
SHIFTS* 2PM-11PM/6PM-3AM
*Shift timings will depend on business requirement, should be willing to work
in rotational shifts
The Talent Analyst supports U.S. Talent team by providing high quality
reporting, sourcing, analysis, administration and compliance. The Talent
Analyst interacts with Talent Managers, and Specialists as well as internal
clients to support. The Talent Analyst teams with the India Talent team for
handling of cross-functional
activities.
