JOB PROFILE AND DESCRIPTION:
Management Trainee  job entails contacting potential senior HR people in the Industry and be able to network with them
Responsibilities:
·         Developing of Assessment Test papers
·         Conducting  Event such as Faculty Development  program ,HR Roundtables etc
·         Handling Fresher placement drives
·         Maintaining follow-up procedures to new clients correctly and initiating them under minimal supervision
·         Aiming to attain pre-determined targets
·         Developing prospective customers contact database
·         Meeting clients and scaling up the companies operation
·         Adding to the value chain of offerings
Skills and Specifications:
·         Exceptional written and oral communication skills
·         Self-motivated with a positive attitude
·         Perseverance to reach and exceed pre-determined targets
·         Flexible and an agile thinker
Educational Qualification and Experience:
·         MBA (Marketing and HR)
·         Fresher 
Compensation and Benefits:
·         Training Period for 6 months (10000 to 12000) will be paid during this period .
·         Based on the performance salary will be revised after the training period.
