Role: HR IT Technical Recruiter

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Bangalore

Timings: 7.00PM to 4.30AM



Job description:

Primary Job Responsibilities

*    Coordinate all recruiting activities including sourcing (from job
boards like monster, dice, carrier builder etc), advertising, networking,
screening, and interviewing.
*    May participate in Job Fairs, or Walk-ins and other on-campus
recruitment activities
*    Work with management and senior technical personnel to determine
resource needs and position requirements
*    Taking telephonic interviews of short listed resumes and scheduling
the short listed candidates from telephonic interview / in person interview.

*    Facilitate interviews and coordinate interview schedules of
candidates and management or technical personnel, including occasional
travel arrangements if needed
*    Prepare management reports and updates.
*    Maintaining and updating daily report.
*    Convince candidates to join Client through the effective use of
selling techniques.
*    Follow up with candidates till the candidates is offered and joined.

*    Complete the on-boarding process





Desired Candidate Profile:

Ø  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ø  Proficiency in using computer and tools MS Office (Word, Excel and
Outlook), internet (Google, etc.)

Ø  Must be well-organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment with the
ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments
simultaneously. 

Ø  Outgoing and mature personality



Education Required: UG - Any Graduate
