Greetings!!!

I hope you are all doing well in your respective profession.  This mail is intended to seek some probable/convenient date in your calender in order for us to organize an alumni meet for this year.  

Please suggest some probable dates for instance 'Second Sunday of December Every Year' like to fix it

uniformly for every year in the days to come, which is also of convenient for us to arrange.  I am happy to hear 

from the office bearers of the previous meet at the earliest.

Hello Sir,

It is wonderful that you have taken this initiative to ask for our suggestions for fixing the Alumini meet date for the days to come. Not only will it be a convinient thing for the organisers but also for all the old students who would love to remember a single date meant only for a get together of all who really want to get back to their college memories and meet their wonderful teachers and staff who were and are the reason for all our achievements personally and professionally. A fixed date is always a wonderful idea to plan well and expect the best . The date you mentioned(2nd sunday of December) is perfect (my opinion). Looking forward to the meet on the date to be fixed.
Happy teaching and a happy Holi too. Kindly do convey my regards to all the lecturers if possible.
