Can't open DsBudget

I last used DsBudget on Tuesday 11/11 before installing MS Updates(monthly).Today I can't open DsBudget which usually means there is a problem with my JAVA settings.I tried to open JAVA in control panel and it won't open either.I think this might me related to MS .net updates installed on Tuesday.see this link...

Have you tried reinstalling Java?

I tried reinstalling Java,but it created some type of Malwarebytes anti exploit problem.I fooled around with it for a while and finally got it to work after a couple of restarts.
