access from laptop

My wife and I downloaded DS budget on our PC...but my wife would like to use it while away on her laptop...can she access our DB budget that we have on our PC s we have months of inputs and reoccurring bills etc.

You can if you use a toolk like Dropbox to synchronize your budget document across multiple PC / laptops.
