Magnet Schools - School Improvement Team Feedback

DPS is in the process of gathering school and community input regarding the future of Magnet schools in DPS by holding Kitchen Table Talks - dates provided in Gwen's last email. DPS has also asked site-based School Improvement Teams to provide input.

Attached is the information that the school improvement team (SIT) will be looking at tomorrow night (4:30 in the media center). Please see the attached DPS powerpoint which gives background. DPS Administration has asked for SIT teams such as ours to provide feedback on several questions (See attachment on SIT Feedback Exercise).

I've not seen or heard anything regarding registering for the "Kitchen Table" conversations.  The article mentioned such a process.  Is this widely known?

March 13 - Southern High School, 6-7:30 pm
March 15 - Northern High School, 6-7:30 pm
March 20 - Jordan High School, 6-7:30 pm
March 31 - Staff Development Center, 10-11:30 am
