Proctor Volunteers Desperately Needed

Dear DSA Parents and Supporters:

DSA needs 78 more volunteers to help teachers proctor the End of Grade exams this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (May 15th, 16th & 17th).
Please contact kat...@nc.rr.com if you can volunteer – or just show up! Volunteers will help our teachers who are required to have proctors sit in the rooms during exams. No special experience is required. Half shifts are possible. Please pass this request to grandparents or others.

Check in to Weaver Auditorium lobby at 8:30am
May 15 8:45am - 12:00pm -23 proctors needed
May 16 8:45am - 12:00pm -28 proctors needed
May 17 8:45am - 12:00pm -27 proctors needed

EOG RETEST
Check in at the Guidance Office by 8:45am
May 29 8:45am - 12:00pm -15 proctors needed
May 30 8:45am - 12:00pm -15 proctors needed
May 31 8:45am - 12:00pm -15 proctors needed
