DSACSC Balloting Begins in DSA CSC Parent Rep Elections

The parent representatives for DSA's Collaborative School Committee
are holding their annual spring elections. This year, there are two
(2) parent openings: one for a high school parent and one for a
middle school parent. Once elected, each new representative will
serve a two year term, beginning in the fall of the 2010-1011 school
year.

Three parents have been self-nominated to stand for election.
Alphabetically, the candidates include: Sue Borgos (Middle School
Parent), Beth Kellim (Middle School Parent) and Mike Johnson (High
School Parent).

Each candidate is profiled in the ballot packet that is available from
the FILES section of this site. Each parent of a DSA student(s) is
eligible to vote in this election and the ballot form has an area for
a student name(s). Further, all parent voters are eligible to vote in
all categories. Completed ballots are due by or before 3:00 PM,
Friday, May 14.
