historyObject has no properties

I followed instructions in the usage pages, but when I went to run the
demo, it gave me a popup that said "historyObject has no properties".
Frankly, I'm not seeing where it's being initialized in the code - I
sort of just call it?? Has anyone experienced this or know where I
might be erring?

What browser were you using?

Also, can you post the code or, preferably, a link so I can check it
out? `historyObject` is neither a property nor a method of either
dsHistory itself or the demo page, so it's hard to troubleshoot
without knowing what's going on.
