Does dshistory support the refresh button too? Very impressive to
support bookmarks,back,next regardless!

Although support for clicking the refresh button may actually work in certain circumstances, the library itself doesn't support refreshing the page. I'm not aware of any history libraries that do support the refresh button; that's not to say that none exist, it's just that I don't know the others well enough.

I am using dshistory to support refresh using bookmarks. The browser
will refresh to the currently set URL & hash. Now this doesn't work
for any states that are not bookmarkable-- which may be what you're
asking for.
