I had a Terrablock and replaced it with SNS (Studio Network Solutions). Love my SNS, their support team and upgrade path have been great.

I never used Edit Share. We have several Terrablock servers and I am very happy with them. Facilis support is excellent.

I’ll second the Facilis choice. We have a 96TB 24D on a 10GigE network and it’s the bomb. I’ve had friends who use EditShare and are happy but I’ve not heard a compelling reason to switch over.

We have a Clipster and a very powerful Resolve on dual Fibre to the Terrablocks. I have to say the newly updated assistant workstations which have 10 Gig-E connection may even have better bandwidth than the dual Fibre.

I’ll second the SNS EVO system as something to check out.  Though I’m retired now, the last place I was doing installation and support, we put in two EVO’s on copper 10GbE to replace the older Facilis running 4Gb fiber.  I think that system had about 12 mixed Avid / Premiere / AE workstations, Mac and PC, two Protools, one Resolve, at least 5 graphics stations.  It was working great when I was last involved and great SNS support.

I purchased the SNS for the extra tools that Terrablock didn't have. Not sure if Terrablock added stuff in the last 4-5 years but SNS had them beat on the software side. SNS is more than just a server.
