Comcast Delivery Specs

Anyone have a copy of their specs? I've found this...

but it doesn't tell me about lengths (bars, slate, black etc). 

Found this as well...

 but I've also seen conflicting info. Looking for definitive info on a short notice.

Any help appreciated

We use Comcast AdDelivery and 99% of the time they want the spot at
exact length, no bars, slate, or padding of any kind.

You really need to know from your client exactly how/where your material
is to be delivered.

If this attachment comes thru, it should be current. We've only sent them the "RTA" ready to air specs, tight to first/last frame, as Prores.

We just got same info. Specs with black,slate,black,spot,black. No longer applied for us last week and wanted .mpg. Not .ts or other

Thanks all!

I was finding all sorts of things out there and none of them made me feel good that I had the actual specs. I don't normally put stuff up to Comcast (we have someone that does our distribution) but we were having an ice storm here and I thought it was going to fall to me.
