QT reference files

Hi all,

Legacy problem here that probably doesn’t have a solution but I figured I’d ask the brain trust just in case.

Latest MC doesn’t use the QuickTime library and so can’t see DS QT refs (displays media not available). Resolve can’t see them either. Older legacy products such as Squeeze and TNPGenc can see them fine. Obviously I can export a full QT from DS but refs are quicker and take up less space.

Any way around this?

I doubt it. Precisely cause they don’t use QT library but proprietary support.
