Work finished:

    This week I spent most of my time on coding. Now I have set the ghosts (now it has passed the tests on the local mode, and I want set up the cluster if possible next week)

   When it comes to master sending self update message to the ghosts, I have encountered some problems. The problem is this: master sends its own value to the ghosts in sending message phase, and ghosts have the same value as master, but the neighbors may want to get the value which has been processed, such as value/number_of_neighbor.

   And i told this to Rong, we decided to modify the application code to address this. But when I implement  the application, I find a problem, that is there is data race among vertices in a single partition.(I can explain this problem at weekly meeting ) And to address this problem, we may need lock.

Work to do:

   solve the problem above, and set up the cluster.

PS:

   I can't cross the GFW with GOA, so I can not manage the google groups. And tomorrow, I want to have a try with Yufei's proxy, then I can add Haibo to the group.
