Meeting Reminder

Fly Club meeting Tuesday, Sept. 15 at Chico's, 6:00 p.m.

 

At the last meeting we discussed a new membership drive, open invitation to a casting demonstration and instruction to be held Sept. 26.  This can be a fun event and the possibility to gain some new members, but we do need participation. 

 

Please come to the meeting tonight, Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.  When I joined the club in 1988 or 1989, can't remember which year for sure, we had 30-40 members with 20 or more at each meeting.  Since then we've lost members due to moving away, death, and loss of interest.  We've gained a few new members but just can't seem to increase membership.  It would sure be great if we could generate enough interest to bring out 15-20 members each meeting and get a little more active.

 

Bring yourself, a friend or fishing buddy if you have one, and any ideas to promote the DrySide FlyFishers.
