Hi folks,
We are starting our second year of watershed-wide chloride monitoring! Kits are provided for free from the Izaak Walton League, and monitoring can be done at any site you are interested in. This is a great opportunity to gain more information about road salt/chloride
levels and potential impacts across the watershed without the obstacle of physical distance to the Greenfield lab.
I've linked the Vomo opportunity below; you'll need to make an account on the site to sign up and then provide site info to receive your test kit. There is also more info about how/where/when to sample linked at the bottom of the Vomo opportunity page.
