New version. Some cleanup of the code.
From what I can see the module now has the same functionality as the old one.
Still has the two issues mentioned earlier:
* Page cache causes some trouble. Redirecting the user to /user/ after login seems to work.
* The user is still logged in after the saml-session expires.
