Drupal Virtual Meetup

Drupal of Miami will be holding a Virtual Drupal Meetup on Google Hangout this coming Saturday. We will be giving away a free month of Learning Drupal through Build A Module with Chris Shattuck. Build A Module has something for everyone to learn Drupal from the beginner to the very experience. Great set of videos on Drupal, so join us and win a free month of Drupal Learning Videos at Build A Module.
First of all I would like to take the time and tell everyone that signed up for our last meeting and did get in, I'm sorry. We had Internet problems and got started late. We sent out the invitation but some did not get them. Sorry about that..... If you have a problem this Saturday, please give me a call at 786-286-0773 or send me an E-Mail to rno...@drupalofmiami.com on Saturday and we will work with you to get you on board. Thanks for joining us even if you had a problem getting on. Hopefully you will be on board this Saturday.
You will be able to come to our Drupal Presentations right from the comfort of your home and from anywhere in the world. Please come and join us for the fun. Google Hangout can handle up to 10 participants that can intervene. The rest are able to watch and learn right from the comfort of home.
Dan Denysenko will be presenting a presentation on “Arguments, Panels and Views” and we hope you will join us. If you are interested in learning more about Argument, Panels and Views, then this is where you will want to be on Saturday. If you have any questions about Views, Panels or Arguments, please bring them on. Dan will do his best to get you to understand how they work and how you can use them to improve your websites.
You will have to sign up for this presentation. You can sign up just by sending me an E-Mail. The E-Mail address is rno...@drupalofmiami.com. I will need your name and your G-Mail Address so I can send out your invitation on Saturday. I hope you will join us.

If you have any questions or problems call me at 786-286-0773. If you want to try out Google Hangout before the meeting call me and I will help you get started using Google Hangout. The first time you use Google Hangout you will be asked to download a Plugin, so I suggest that you at least try out Google Hangout first to make sure everything is working correctly.

Chris Shattuck from Build A Module will be sponsoring future events by giving away tickets to his Drupal Learning Videos. Build A Module has over 1000 Learning Videos and they are very good. Chris took a lot of time breaking Drupal down to make it easier to learn Drupal. I used Build A Module to learn and understand how Drupal works and Build A Module makes that process a lot easier.
