Taxonomy in Drupal is the feature that enables you to place content into categories, which you can use when organizing and describing your nodes.
Fields - Spaces in a web form used to capture data. Fields are found in node forms as well as block forms and administrative forms. In Drupal, fields are provided by core and by other modules. You can use fields to capture text, images, links, videos, dates, and more.
With the changes we had at our Saturday workshop we will working on Taxonomy and Fields in our planning stage of our new site that we are building. We will be creating the Main Categories, Subcategories, and more Subcategories to be able to setup our Taxonomy and Fields.
We will be discussing Themes again since it is a large topic. Theming is a large category and it has plenty of Drupal Themes donated to Drupal that it is hard to find the one you may need so we will try to help you on how to decide or make the process a little easier for you.
