On Behalf of Anolim (http://anolim.com) Ciklum is looking for Drupal
developers to work in Kiev office.

Anolim provides consulting, development and design services to build
web based community and collaboration platforms. It makes extensive
use of the Drupal open source content management system and framework
and provides custom hosting and support services.


Job Description:
=============
Develop Web 2.0 applications using the Drupal CMS and Framework.
Develop multi-media solutions including video and audio streaming,
blogs, forums, user generated content, web widgets, community
solutions, social networking and all things web 2.0 and new.
- Implement the Graphic Design, Information Architecture (IA) and
other specifications
- Develop creative ideas for web user interfaces
- Develop creative, pragmatic, modular, flexible web solutions with
Drupal
- Provide estimates for development tasks
- Work independently, but transparently in a small team.
- Provide regular feedback on project status to company Managment to
ensure transparency
- Ensure good quality through adequate testing, ideally automated
- Reuse available building blocks
- Attention to detail, especially in the appearance of web pages
- Focus on simple web user interfaces and pragmatic solutions
- Test that the developed application is in accordance with the
specification and the IA


Skills and Experience:
==================
- Languages: English, German an advantage
- Communicative, customer oriented
- 3+ years of experience as a hard core developer in web projects
- In depth knowledge of Drupal, Drupal module programming, Drupal
theming
- In depth knowledge of CSS, PHP5, MYSQL or PostgreSQL, Linux, Apache
- 2+ experience with Drupal
- Experience working in and with the open source drupal community an
advantage
- Experience with estimating the effort in web projects
- Good at prioritising things and making hard choices
- Self motivated, capable of working independently, multi-tasking and
stress resistent

ну вобще все как всегда зависит от ваших пожеланий и квалификации.
каких-либо "вилок" никто не устанавливал.. рассматриваются любые
варианты

Это признак хорошего тона -- указывать примерную сумму вознаграждения в
час, либо в месяц, для человека, который полностью удовлетворяет вашим
требованиям.

Вообще-то я надеюсь вы поняли, что речь идет не о фрилансе. И также
понимаете, что читать подобные объявления могут не только люди со
стороны, но и нынешние сотрудники компании. И объявление каких-либо
сумм в данном случае будет напрямую нарушать действующую политику
конфиденциальности. И я не считаю, что так я не придерживаюсь правил
хорошего тона :)

Да, политика конфиденциальности - ключевой момент ))
Обычно срочно ищут человека, что закрыть срочные работы, и готовы
платить новому человеку намного больше, чем старому проверенному и
лояльному бойцу компании...
Увы, господа, это издержки нашего менталитета ))

А почему бы не отменить политику? Наверное, Заратустра не
позволяет )))

наверное, потому что я - не хозяин компании, и не мне устанавливать
подобные вещи :)
почему бы вам не написать, какая сумма была бы для вас
привлекательной, чтобы работать на такой позиции с такими требованиями
и обязанностями?
