Hello All:
It is regretful to inform you that Leon German passed away on last Tuesday April 26, 2022.
Leon was one of the founders of the Drum Circle but had been sick for some time and came by once in a while, He was generous with his knowledge of drumming and was willing to share tips to improve your drumming skills and the sounds of the drum circle, He will be missed and may God comfort his family.
Funeral service will be 12:00 noon, Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church (2115 Winchester Road NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35810). Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. He will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2022 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the Royal Funeral Home.

Thanks to Allan for the sad notification of Leons passing. Mere words cannot express the loss we feel.
Here are a couple photos of Leon, with some friends, while hand drumming in the traditional Big Spring Park location, where I will always think of him.
