I’m a counselling student currently completing a research project on drumming circles and how they support well-being, emotional regulation, and social connection. I’m also exploring how these benefits link with different counselling modalities.
I recently attended a fantastic two-day Rhythm2Recovery course run by Joe Loughlin in Belfast, and found it incredibly grounding and uplifting. I’d love to hear from others about how drumming has impacted them too.
