Yamaha vs Roland

I know, I know. I'm one of THOSE guys that's gonna get an electronic
drum set. Anyway, I've done a little research and I'm thinking Yamaha
DTXpress II or Roland TD3S. They're both older models and pretty cheap
on ebay. So is Roland really better than Yamaha? I like the 3-zone
snare and dual-trigger cymbals on the Xpress. Does the TD3S . . or the
TD3S-V have that. What would be your pick for the $700-$900 range?
