EOF when submit task to Overlord but actually succeed in Golang Project

Background:

• Druid version: 0.17.1
• The endpoint is: http://xxxxx/druid/indexer/v1/task
• The return result in Golang code: EOF

After we retry, we found there are two tasks running in the Druid web console. This error occurs occasionally.

Our Actions:

• We check the Overlord pod log, it didn't have related exceptions. 
• Some blogs say it is because Golang used exists HTTP connection. We set req.Close=true, create a new connection when every request, but it still works.

I would love to get input from you experts.
Let me know if there is anything I can share that might help shed some more light.
