Hello Neighbors! A few of us just had our ducts, dryer vents, and chimneys cleaned by Alex, and he did an amazing job! He is returning to our area soon to finish a few more homes. If we get at least 5 houses to join in, he offers a special group rate of $180 for both the duct and dryer cleaning combined (chimney is an additional $150). We already have 2–3 neighbors signed up, so we only need 2 more people to secure this discount! The cleaning date will be scheduled based on everyone's availability.
