Release date for 0.23?

We're considering upgrading our Druid cluster, do we have a plan to release 0.23 in the near future?

There's a thread about this in the mailing list.  Just yesterday Abhishek Agarwal said he'd be starting a new one to begin the shepherding process.

(So, no date set yet.)
