How was delete rows in druid

  Is there any way we can delete all rows in apache druid.

Hi Aparna,

In Druid the table existence and schema is based on the existence of its segments ... you can delete all of the rows in a datasource (table) by dropping all of its segments.  

However when you do this the datasource itself will disappear.  So you cannot have an "empty datasource" in Druid ... you must have at least one row of data.

If you are looking to do something specific here please explain and hopefully we can help further.
