Need to integrate Apache Druid with Apache Ranger

I am currently working on securing Apache Druid and exploring the possibility of integrating it with Apache Ranger for centralized authorization and policy management.

After reviewing both the Druid security documentation and Ranger configurations, I noticed that there is no official Ranger plugin for Druid. To move forward, I would like to understand the following:

1. What is the recommended approach to connect Druid with Ranger for fine-grained access control (e.g., row-level, column-level, user-based policies)?

2. Are there any community-driven plugins, extensions, or best practices available for this integration?

3. If Ranger cannot be directly integrated, what alternative approaches does the community suggest for centralized policy enforcement with Druid?

Any guidance, references, or practical examples would be greatly appreciated.
