grafana and displaying druid data

Hi,

Besides the grafana-druid-plugin - what are my options for querying and displaying druid data to build grafana dashboards?  Grafana is the chosen option since it is the common place for dashboards.

Maybe someone with more experience with Druid + Grafana could help you out if Grafana is a strict requirement for you.
